What is coaching?

There are so many different ideas of coaching out there.  Impactful coaching stems from positive psychology and it’s the way you help your sales team create the behavior change and confidence that will help them explode in their career.  Coaching does not expect that you know the answers to everything or have the ‘right’ thing to say. It starts with encouraging your team to leverage their internal and external resources to explore and find solutions. There are typically two ways that people lead or start the process to create behavior change, habits or coaching.  The challenge with leading with habits is people often aren’t motivated enough or there are too many habits being thrown at them with no central focus and they fall off. 

Coaching provides the recognition of the overall goal, the rewiring in the brain while habits are laid in to create the greatest impact.

Hi, I’m Misha and I’ll be partnering with you through the sales coach training.

I set out on a passionate path of helping women in the B2B sales space elevate themselves. I work closely with founders and sales professionals to help them gain the awarenesses and skills to push past those internal and external blocks and leverage everything they’ve got! My approach is holistic, with the recognition that an imbalance will eventually cause you to under perform or burnout.

As a certified coach and decade + sales professional, I’m excited to share the learnings that have helped my clients receive the promotions, have impact on their company, exceed the quotas and gain the confidence on their path to success in sales.
